Production Engineer

Within our Manufacturing department, we assemble, calibrate, and test our own products. These solutions improve the accuracy, capacity, and speed of existing test systems. As a Production Engineer, you play an important role in this process. You ensure that components are carefully assembled into complete, high-quality products and support the testing, inspection, and repair of our solutions.

You will work in a dynamic environment where technology, quality, and teamwork come together. No two days are the same. One day you may be assembling a product, while the next you are performing inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, or supporting colleagues with technical tasks. Thanks to your hands-on approach and attention to detail, you make a direct contribution to the reliability and quality of our products and solutions.

What you will be doing in your role

• Perform visual inspections of incoming products and printed circuit boards (PCBs);

• Measure and test products using test setups and identify faults and malfunctions;

• Carry out repairs on returned products;

• Solder and assemble components on products;

• Regularly inspect and verify the quality of your own work;

• Ensure accurate and timely administrative processing of completed activities;

• Support colleagues within the Engineering team with technical tasks and projects.

What do we ask of you

• You have completed an MBO Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field;

• Experience in a technical production or assembly environment is an advantage, but recent graduates with the right technical foundation are also encouraged to apply;

• Preferably, you have experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and testing and troubleshooting electronic products or modules;

• You work accurately, are capable of working independently, and take initiative;

• You have strong communication skills and can interact effectively with both colleagues and external service providers;

• You are proficient in both Dutch and English;

• You reside in the Netherlands and have a maximum travel time of one hour to our office in Zwolle;

• If you are neither a Dutch citizen nor an EU citizen, you already possess a valid Dutch work permit.
